By far the worst experience living in my life. Greedy money hungry lieing cheating people work and own this place be very careful. We have been harassed to many times the park must give due process of law

New Owners, new name since the tornado, now its called Pavilion Mobile Home Trailer Park. It looks like they are really trying to clean up the aftermath from the tornado, still a few severely damaged trailers to be taken out.
When I moved in, in 2021, It had great prices for a mobile home park with no amenities. NOW it is way overpriced with still no amenties and pot holes big enough that a toddler wouldn't be safe around if they had water in them. It makes me sad to say since I live here, but it's the hard truth.
