My real name is France We were camping in St-Andrews bay, and wanted to leave, but could not because one of the slide out on our motorhome would not retract, because of motor problem. Brian at service, helped us and went to great length to give us enough information so we could manually retract it and it work.. even if we are French Canadian he took the time to make sure we understood. Matt this the Arsenaults I was in youre moncton store today into the parts department asking for something for the roof there was two guys sitting there I big guy and a younger guy neither one of them was interested in trying to help me so finally the big guy got up and went over to the can of needed and not very nice said this is all I have most people order on line because it's cheaper to me that's not good customer service I work customer service for along time if I acted liked that I would be fired or at least spoken to ... read more
