Laura, the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I had my hearing checked once before but was apprehensive (they were nice but I felt uncomfortable). Jennifer gave me the hearing test and explained everything she was going to do ahead of time. Once the test was done she explained the results and how hearing aids could help me.
