Wonderful service and products.
The staff is pleasant, but they aren't hearing what I am telling them. My husband can't hear me when I talk to him. Whether I am 2 feet away or ten, it doesn't matter. The devices still make it feel like his ears are plugged, which he doesn't care for. After having the loaner aids, that went behind his ear, those are the only ones that we can say made his hearing better.
