Seems only one person can rekey a lock. Took my 2 locks in on Wednesday to be rekeyed. When I asked if they would be done by Friday I got an “of course” as if that was more than enough time. When I got there Friday at 15:00 only one had been done. I asked for them back… I’ll get somebody else to take the 15 minutes or so it takes to key the lock. They refused to give me my lock back or even give me the key that I had given them until I paid for the lock they had supposedly done. (I don’t know that it was completed.., they wo... read more
Quick & efficient. They cut keys.
Very disappointed with the number of times my service was rescheduled, to only then have them cancel 10 minutes before the locksmith was to arrive. Very unfair service. Felt very bottom rung on their list of jobs. Made no effort to rectify the situation by sending someone else out or booking a weekend slot. I rescheduled an appointment to accommodate their time changes. Big waste of my time and it did not seem to be a concern for them at all.
Very pleasant and helpful, gave me a referal, because they no longer do car keys. Giving them full stars!
