Very disappointed with the number of times my service was rescheduled, to only then have them cancel 10 minutes before the locksmith was to arrive. Very unfair service. Felt very bottom rung on their list of jobs. Made no effort to rectify the situation by sending someone else out or booking a weekend slot. I rescheduled an appointment to accommodate their time changes. Big waste of my time and it did not seem to be a concern for them at all.
Very pleasant and helpful, gave me a referal, because they no longer do car keys. Giving them full stars!
This is where I go to copy keys for my office job or personal keys, they are always so kind and so helpful, very quick and inexpensive service, and the young lady working the counter is always so nice and kind, connecting with the customer is not necessary but it always make me feel valued! SUPPORT LOCAL!
They didn't stock the kwikset cylinder that I needed, but the employee behind the counter took the time to give me some great information on the kwikset smartkey system. This is the kind of info you wouldn't get at the big box stores, and I genuinely appreciate her taking the time to share her knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to give them my business in the future. Thanks again!
Super sweet customer service!!!!! Had an awesome experience with the staff. Very thorough and they take their job seriously but with grace and care for the customer.
