Absolutely awful place, went in via ambulance for a suspected bleed on the brain, sat there for over 8 hours without being seen to. Checked myself out and went to another hospital and was seen immediately and given a CT scan. Even if you're dying dont go to Pindersfield, you will literally die in the waiting room.

First time in A&E in 50 plus years and NOW I know why the NHS is failing, no Drs only one walking back and forth with no purpose, five nurses giggling in an empty room, staff members laughing at vulnerable patients, 9 hours plus waiting time with poorly patients on the floor and no one cares. Absolutely shocking. Also wanted to add NO hand soap in the toilets for the full 7 hours we were there, so if you go take your own, as hygiene isn’t important in this hospital

I've came in with severe throat infection that was causing difficulty to breathe. Wait time was around 1.5-2 hours (quite good in my opinion taken under consideration average displayed as 6 hours). After that I had my blood tests taken and issue written down by 2 lovely nurses. After that I landed on the main ward, where medication was quite quickly provided with quick relief just about na hour in. On the ward staff was also very kind and quick to respond to all the needs. Ridiculous wait times, a loud alarm went off for 15 minutes straight before someone could be bothered turning it off, vending machine didn't dispense my item and receptionist could not be bothered helping.
