Bill was great and really helpful. We accidentally had a drain stopper sucked into our pool filter drain pipe, and we were really unsure of how to retrieve it. He was able to give a quick consult over the phone and walk us through a way to flush it back out. He was so honest and insightful and also offered to make time early the next day in case we needed it. We will definitely be using Pinder in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Came out on a holiday with less than 24 hour notice. Total professional and thorough with his work. Solved current problem and pointed out problems that could occur down the line. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10. Use them.
