I discovered that my hot water heater had a leak around 6:30a.m. today. I googled for repairs and Mr. Pinder was one of my options. I decided to call because of the wonderful reviews and decided to use his services because before I told him that I would use him, he offered help instantly. I had an issue with my fireplace lighting and Bill walked me through some trouble shooting steps over the phone. No other company would have done that. Everyone else said it would be 4+ weeks before they could get to me. Saved us hundreds of dollars. Pinder Home Services will be my first call moving forward for sure. Thanks Bill!

Responded very quickly for a water leak. Took care of the problem quickly and for a fair price. Came back for a plumbing upgrade that was done on time and very professionally

Bill supplied and installed a new water heater in our beach condo, bringing everything up to current code, explaining what he was doing, and even running out to swap our tank when the first one proved to be an inch too wide for our closet opening (not his fault, but he took care of it!). Highly recommend him for services he provides!
