We went for a day procedure at the paediatric ward. Amazing. Nurses are very helpful and friendly. The room is large enough for about 2 or 3 direct family members. Parents can bring laptop to do work while they are waiting. Couch and desk available in room. TV and ensiute toilet and shower. A really good experience. Thee is also a self-serve kitchen and play area for toddlers.
Excellent Facility been there many times Staff absolutely Brilliant from Pre Admission to going through everything with the Nurse to Procedure and for me Dr Dotchin and his Colleagues and Team Caring Professionals in every way I hope the Hospital relishes how Important People like that are when your a Patient in Croinic Pain and there Caring attitude towards us is outstanding having Severed in Emergency Services for over35 Years and now needing care my self Thank you Dr Dotchin and thank you Team you guys are Great. Wonderful caring team from the reception check-in desk, through to the nursing staff that complete the pre-procedure paperwork {special mention to Sue and Mandy}, reassuring & respectful theatre nurses & doctors and the beautiful recovery nurses. Through all of the procedures I’ve had over the past few months my nerves were put at ease and the nurses tried to do whatever they could to make me comfortable. Highly recommend the Pindara Day Procedure Centre. 5
Facility and staff not equipped for toddlers, would not recommend taking little ones here for day surgery. The Surgeon & Anaesthetist were fantastic however the clinic staff & nurses really showed very little regard for my 2yo whatsoever. There was nothing at this facility that catered for a toddler.
Thank you to all of the team for showing us great care for my babies surgery. From start to finish you were all so lovely.
