I had an all of a sudden emergency with my water well today preventing us from having water in our house and I called Thomas to see if there was any way he could send some guys out to fix my issue. He immediately was glad to help and told me he’d send out his guys later in the day. Mind you, I had no appointment set and I called at 10:30 AM out of nowhere. His guys were here early afternoon and they fixed me right up. No more issues. Can’t say thank you enough to these guys! I greatly appreciate it!
Brian did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with my well and repairing it quickly while onsite. I am very satisfied with his professionalism, workmanship, and great customer service! I highly recommend Pinckney Well Drilling!
When our well stopped working, Brian was able to quickly diagnose the issue, present us with options for replacing the well pump and got us up and running again in three hours. He was professional and courteous.
