I’ve been going every 3-weeks for a year and have recently been leaving more and more unhappy, to the point when the woman did not even use the magnet on catseye polish and told me I was done and that I told them I didn’t want catseye after I asked for it and they had me choose a color in that line. Recently I went in for my usual gel x removal and the woman was very aggressive and caused 4 of my fingers to bleed. The stylist was painfully aggressive with the nails even after verbalizing discomfort. The nails were costly and didnt even last a day before they color peeled right off.
I’ve been to 4 different nail places in beacon hill and this one is BY FAR the best. Hands down, not even close and consistently a great manicures every time I go.
