This was our second stay at Pinchins. Very disappointing this time. Dishwasher was unusable, oven did not work, table tennis table broken, canoe was unusable due to flat tyre on trolley and the list goes on. Dust under all beds and lounges. The residence needs a good clean both inside and outside. Palm fronds and sticks littered the overgrown back lawn. Lid on the outdoor bin had come off. Such a great location but maintenance issues and cleanliness are clearly not a top priority. Won’t be returning for a third time sadly.
Pinchins place is the perfect location for a relaxing Brunswick Heads holiday, it is only a 1 minute walk to the shops, which includes the newly renovated Brunswick bakery, tourist centre, organic fruit and vegetable stores, gelato bar, many great cafes and restaurants, and the famous Brunswick Heads pub.
