We came with a large group and the staff was AMAZING!!!! They were so attentive to us as well as dealing with how busy it was in there. Kat made us some delicious drinks and Shawn took good care of us the whole night. One of the best places in Trussville!
We had a cast party at Pinchgut, and Shawn and Kat treated us right! The food was hot, ready, and delicious when we got there, and they even crafted two signature cocktails for us! Highly recommend!
My husband and I came there for the first time Friday because we've heard great things about it. We sat at the bar and Kat suggested us awesome cocktails and food. We settled on the deep dish. Great flavor, a little bit too much sauce which made it ruuny but over all it was delicious. I had her jalapeno margarita which was probably in my top 5 favorites of all time. Great service and food. We will definitely be back for more of her suggestions.
There was some event happening tonight, we just came for pizza and some drinks. It was way busier than I anticipated and they seemed on top of it despite that. Two girls that I assumed work there as well got up amd helped the other workers. Great vibe, great food. Definitely will be back.
We eat here a lot when we come to Ferus but last night was very disappointing. Typically the pizza is really good however this time both pizza crusts were thick and extremely doughy, not perfect as we've come to expect. And the wait time was long. There were lots of people there but we've been at the concerts b4 and this never has been the case in the past. And one staff member needs to work on customer service skills.
