I had a great experience at Pinchers in Lakewood Ranch. I stopped in for takeout and Michael, the manager, was extremely helpful and had my order ready in about 15 minutes. Even though Pinchers is known for seafood, the ribs are fantastic—perfectly smoked, tender, and just the right size. Michael recommended the wings, which I’ll definitely try next time. I placed an online order totaling nearly $100, which included eight crab clusters. Unfortunately, half of the crab clusters contained black meat that was tough and rubbery. Because of the texture and appearance, I did not feel comfortable eating the meal and had to discard it. I am sharing this so management can look into their kitchen quality control.
