Poor customer service skills. He got upset I called at 7:00am google says he is open. Then hung up on me. …………., Thank you for updating your hours on Google yesterday. One man show, does good work, when he's available. Tends to lecture and patronize and use the bathroom alot. Fiddled with my furnace wiring and told me to call an electrician to fix it, then I got the bill, same time as the fan failed again, then he was away and told me to "call someone else", so I did.
I had my furnace, AC coil, water tank and a decent amount of ducting replaced. Great workmanship and support/communication. I’m much better educated in how my system works and how to take care of it. The support and warranty really give me peace of mind. I’m very happy with the total service I received.
I called Darrin this morning about some problems with our furnace. Within an hour he was at our home in Fort Macleod diagnosing and getting us up and running again, while educating me on throughout the temp fix. He was upfront with cost and time, as well as gave direction on what to expect when it comes time to complete the temporary repair in the near future. I look forward to working with Darrin in the future, and would highly recommend his services to anybody based off his professionalism and knowledge!
Well, all I can say is I had Darren come to my house look at my system and it was a tough install from what I could see he promised me the day that he would be here. He gave me a solid quote and stuck to. The Workmanship is absolutely excellent.
