Our family has been going here for over 35 years, and it’s always been a beautiful experience. I hate to write this, but my son was in recently, and while the appointment itself was fine, what happened after was disturbing. A young female staff member used my son’s private info and a FOIP violation to find him on social media and hit on him. We’ve since heard this has happened to others and it’s widely known. Doctor Anderson is amazing and so is the frount staff. That took care of me and helped me to pick out my glasses. I can't recommend them enough!!
This is my first visit and I am extremely pleased with Dr Anderson incredibly thorough and explains everything including some serious problems that were discovered, highly recommend
Recently, while visiting Alberta I suffered a sudden vision issue that required immediate attention. The staff and Dr. Chisolm were welcoming and very thorough in their examinations. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Thank you to all the wonderful people at Elevate Eyecare!
