I called to ask about getting my car fixed since I bumped a deer. He asked the make and model of my car, which is over 20 years old. Then he asked if I was going through insurance, to which I said that I wouldn't be. I asked if they could look at it and just repair the Radiator that was bent. He scoffed. He said my car is not worth it and it'd likely cost at least $5k. He said that I've called the wrong shop and said that they do $50k jobs all the time (as if to impress me). Terrible customer service. I felt very insulted.
