Came here on the tail end of a cold. Leah was very welcoming and friendly, set me up in the salt room. 45 minutes in a softly lit room, I lasted maybe 5 minutes before I was sound asleep. Walked out feeling refreshed, less inflamed and nicely seasoned. Recommend, especially if you are trying to clear your lungs after a cold.
I enjoyed an infrared sauna and salt float today. I was sceptical at first, but the infrared is very effective and gets you so loose. There’s also a cold plunge pool right next to the sauna if you get too hot! I found the float to transport me to another level of relaxation. Psychologically and physically. Lia is kind and welcoming and that little corner of Ocean Grove is an unexpected wealth of positive shops and great vibe. My thanks 🙏🏼.
