Massage today with Anita was fantastic. A blend of gentle lymphatic and firm remedial which relaxed me and eliminated all the knots from my neck and shoulders. All the time with essential oils of my choice, reiki and sound bowl at the end. I'll definitely be back and very keen to try the magnesium float pods!
