I bought a pool cover. It was supposed to have 10 years warranty after the second year pinch a penny, as it was not responsible for I talked to several people I talk to Canvas the people who makes it cover. I took to people a pinch a penny, and I got the same answer so it’s all fault advertising about the pool covers. Do not buy that it folds apart and you started having a blue dots all over your backyard
Sore 151 in Pembroke Pines Fl is a joke! I purchase a salt water system (Hayward) through their store paid for them to do installation and to maintain my pool for the last 3 1/2 years. During this time, the saltwater system never function, and the pool man was treating my pool with chlorine as if it were a chlorine pool. Both issues have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. I also wish to recognize Sarah for her staying on top of the warranty claim with my Polaris pool cleaner.

Then he spilled chlorine in my car The manager of that franchise was very dismissive and assured me he was not responsible for his employees, rude behavior or commentary It looks like my review was taken down I will continue to post it Especially since corporate doesn’t pick up the phone Who would ever franchise with this company I will be taking a drive down to corporate office to meet this incredible team of failures (51 minute drive)
