The robot vacuum that we paid for after about 6 to 8 months needed to be replaced. They said they were gonna fix it held for two months. The next time they said three months now they have had it for five months and all we keep getting is a runaround. Oh we’re waiting on Manufacturer. This is ridiculous for the price of the vacuums when you’re guaranteed a replacement.

Don't handle issues, can't answer the phone! Think that big building is just there to collect money! By the way, owner, Mikael in Westcoast is the most unprofessional person lve spoke with! Ex customers will know when l say he will yell and cuss at u on the phone, must be a previous employee from that big building!

I bought a pool cover. It was supposed to have 10 years warranty after the second year pinch a penny, as it was not responsible for I talked to several people I talk to Canvas the people who makes it cover. I took to people a pinch a penny, and I got the same answer so it’s all fault advertising about the pool covers. Do not buy that it folds apart and you started having a blue dots all over your backyard
