Has a whole plantation building, but can’t afford air conditioning for their franchise locations.
Manatee branch employee. Rolling his eyes at me for asking questions. Then he spilled chlorine in my car The manager of that franchise was very dismissive and assured me he was not responsible for his employees, rude behavior or commentary It looks like my review was taken down I will continue to post it Especially since corporate doesn’t pick up the phone Who would ever franchise with this company I will be taking a drive down to corporate office to meet this incredible team of failures (51 minute drive)
I called corporate 20 different times over five days And no one picks up I tried random extensions Unless you say you want a franchise But who would have a franchise with this corporation? I don’t recommend it Your manager of the manatee location Is a joke and so is the employee hired Joe Rolling his eyes at me, damaging my car the manager steps in and says it’s not his fault He also lied and said there was no damage to my car
I have had pinch a penny since approx March 2025. The first two months went smooth. Nice clear pool and no issues. Pool guy comes on Wednesdays. The Thursday before Memorial Day (so long weekend) and I noticed some spots on the bottom of the pool. On Saturday I took a sample in as the spots had started turning the water green. I had phosphates in the pool and they were killing the Chlorine and turning the pool green. The guy says that we can shock the pool, no swimming for 24 hours. Pinch a penny on manatee Avenue has an attitude problem Manager has no accountability for employees with attitude, problems guys rolling his eyes at me and throwing his hands up calling me stupid Then he put chlorine in my trunk without offering me any sort of protection and damages my trunk I will be getting through to corporate Even if it means a 1 Hour Dr from Bradenton fl Manager didn’t even apologize or anything.
