We called and needed a part for our pool, Scott said they were closed but to come on in he would still be there. He tested our pool water and helped us with what we needed. Scott was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by staying after hours and patiently helping us with what we needed. We will definitely be back to the store with our future needs!
Worst Experience Ever We recently moved from Orlando to Naples and were long-time customers of the Pinch A Penny in Apopka, FL—an absolutely outstanding location where customer service was top-notch for us for over 7 years. Really good services and they have a great selection of need it for pools.
I love this Pinch A Penny! The owners and employees are always so nice. They assist you out to your car with the heavy items. It has a small town feel after you’ve been going there for years. We use their chlorine and chemicals exclusively for our pool and it looks amazing. They make it easy and simple to take care of your pool.
