We have been customers of Pinch A Penny for 3 years now and have never once been disappointed. After going through 3 other pool companies, we can confidently say they are the 4th and final company we will ever use. Their team is always helpful, friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers. Most recently, Rocky came out to our house on a weekend (on his day off!!) to make sure our issue was taken care of so our guests could enjoy our pool. If you are going to get advice or chemicals to maintain the pool by yourself it is the place to go. Staff is highly knowledgeable. They have our could get anything for pool maintenance. They also have staff to install/repair pools. Recommended.

We called and needed a part for our pool, Scott said they were closed but to come on in he would still be there. He tested our pool water and helped us with what we needed. Scott was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by staying after hours and patiently helping us with what we needed. We will definitely be back to the store with our future needs!
