Called the West Granada store to request service for replacing our pool light. They told me Mike would reach out. I had to call the store back three additional times to ask about service as Mike never returned my call. This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time! I would go elsewhere for pool service…. And I did!

I use Pinch A Penny for all my pool needs. Whenever I have a question, the staff is more than able to answer it and give me some pretty good suggestions how to keep my pool healthy. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and quick to give me what I need. Really can’t recommend any other pool store in town as this is the one I’ve been going to for three years without fail and it has paid off keeping my pool maintenance perfectly.
