Our Wi-Fi pool smart box bit the dust. Called Pinch A Penny and they sent Mike out quickly. Mike did a through inspection and quickly found the problem. We ordered a replacement and Mike quickly came back out removed old timer and installed New. Great Service, and most important Great owners and Employees. Hats of to Mike our tech. Answered all my questions, was on time! and did great work!
Went to the Ormond Store because it’s close to where I live and was so disappointed in the service and selection of products. They didn’t have chlorine. WHAT??? Came to this store and the service and stock were fantastic. Warren was so helpful and I will be coming here in the future.
Awesome customer service when i called about needing pool service. Tech called later the same day with an update of when he could be at our home. Awesome service by Mike! Needed a new controller so he went to to the shop right then and came back to replace. Within a hour, he had us up and running. Now thats Customer Service!
