I have a leaking issue with my heat pump and sent an email to the Pinch a Penny location in Ormond beach (1930 W Granada Blvd). I received a call back literally in minutes to validate a concern prior to sending a technician to avoid a service charge if no fault was found. I was amazed how the unit was explained to me and run a particular test as it sounded as though the unit is operating normally. Even though they didn't carry the fitting we needed, they went and searched the service trucks and found the exact fitting we were looking for, this is called service beyond and above what the "new" normal is!
