We started using this store about 6 months ago. The service and techs were was good initially. Unfortunately, we have been switched to the 4th tech and service day change to accommodate them. This wasn’t a problem until the latest Tech failed to clean the pump basket. It became so full it shut the entire pool down. When I called to alert the store manager Chris, he assured me this new tech is a “Lead” and just made a mistake and he would speak with him. Great products and pool water testing services help prevent any problems. 👍🏻😎🥂 I visit them monthly and always take their advice. It’s the season going in today
I can’t say enough good things about the team that runs this store. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and really take the time to help you on any pool needs. Everyone I have worked with has been great, but Justin has really gone over the top to make sure our pool was in good working order and that I understood everything about our pool!
Excellent service! They replaced my salt cell and provided outstanding followup. Justin was a tremendous help clarifying the chlorine settings. Highly recommend this location.
