Great service every time
Every time they come and clean my mom’s pool there’s still dirt left everywhere and when u call they aren’t available or won’t call back. They just left an hour ago!!
We started using this store about 6 months ago. The service and techs were was good initially. Unfortunately, we have been switched to the 4th tech and service day change to accommodate them. This wasn’t a problem until the latest Tech failed to clean the pump basket. It became so full it shut the entire pool down. When I called to alert the store manager Chris, he assured me this new tech is a “Lead” and just made a mistake and he would speak with him.
