I have been a customer of this Pinch A penny since I built my pool about 5 years ago. I never had a problem until today, and come to find out it’s under new management. The way new management does business is criminal and I am reporting them for fraud. We had a pool pump leak, dripping water in the same pipe that was leaking water last August. I called to see if it would be covered under 12 month warranty to come fix the same leak. The manager said it would be covered if it’s the same leak. I’m told the tech will come either... read more
at an older visit, they gave me the incorrect pool supply item and i had to drive all the way back to replace it. i needed stabilizer but they sold me a hardener of some sorts. It was an honest mistake but it was a minor inconvenience for me. I have been visiting ever since we switched out of our pool service company. we have done water and salt cell tests. we also have used their service to educate us on our pool maintainance. overall, I would recommend these guys for their convenient water and salt cell tests which are bot... read more
DON’T COME HERE …GO TO ANOTHER POOL STORE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON’T OWN THEIR MISTAKES - THEY BLAME IT ALL ON THE CUSTOMER.
