Great customer service at this location! We had an issue with our pool and had stopped at another Pinch a Penny and they were not helpful—went to the Cross Creek location and they were extremely helpful! We will always come to this location for our pool needs! Thank you!

I started coming here about a two months ago. I have tried 3 other pool places including a nearby pinch a penny and these guys are the best. They always have what I need and our pool has looked better and is more chemically balanced since coming here.
The employees here are very helpful. Kim at the counter helped me find everything I needed for my pool.
