This location has the nicest, most knowledgeable employees. They’ve saved us from so many pool headaches and do an incredible job of explaining their thought process and how the system works. Alexis has been a lifesaver on numerous occasions - thank you for being the best, Alexis!!!
My landlord suggested that I go up to Pinch-A-Penny to ask them to help me figure out how to turn on the solar heater to my pool. I called ahead of time because I’m running late to see if I could stop in with a picture to figure out how to turn it on, but when I called the person had a horrible attitude. She acted like I was stupid for even thinking that they knew how. The entire team is fantastic… Chris, Alex, Ingrid, and Paul are all amazing. They ask about the pool but also ask you as a customer how are you doing. Great team and store that goes the extra mile…
Over priced store seems like they don't want customer manager rude. Go somewhere else.
