My landlord suggested that I go up to Pinch-A-Penny to ask them to help me figure out how to turn on the solar heater to my pool. I called ahead of time because I’m running late to see if I could stop in with a picture to figure out how to turn it on, but when I called the person had a horrible attitude. The entire team is fantastic… Chris, Alex, Ingrid, and Paul are all amazing. They ask about the pool but also ask you as a customer how are you doing. Great team and store that goes the extra mile…
Over priced store seems like they don't want customer manager rude. Go somewhere else.
Recently, I stopped in at this location and submitted my pool water sample. The store is well stocked, clean & organized. My go to person is Ronnie. He always greets me with a smile and takes care of the pool water test. Ronnie is very courteous, professional and efficient in his work.
