**5 Stars – Outstanding Service and Super Helpful Staff!** I called the store early on a Saturday morning, a little stressed about a broken pool hose connector and unsure if I’d be able to get the right part. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Even with my vague description, she immediately knew what part I was talking about and assured me they had it in stock. Shane and Allie, the people that run pinch a penny pools, are some of the nicest people you will meet. They always go the extra mile to make sure my pool is working and sparking clean. All of the people they send it to clean the pool are courteous, friendly. and do a great job cleaning our pool. For a bonus, they are very dog friendly and if you bring your pup, Allie will always have a treat for them.
