Had received a quote to repair a Hayward pool heater SKU: H400FDN and was told I needed a new motherboard which made no sense. Had already replaced the flame sensor so I found it difficult to believe we were jumping straight to the mother board. Found out through Hayward's website that Pinch-A-Penny was a certified Hayward location so I gave them a call and within a day the owner, Shane, was onsite troubleshooting. He walked me through his rationale on it being the gas valve and agreed he didn't think it was the motherboard.... read more
I cannot give this place enough stars. Since their opening they are the only place i will go to for products. As a newer pool Owner they always answer all my “dumb” Questions. Recently had an issue with my equipment and they were at my house within a couple hours fixing the issue at an extremely reasonable price.
Was horrified that we may have to replace our whole pool pump..called Shane and like a SUPER HERO he fixed our existing pump set up !! Thankyou dear lord and thankyou Shane Wechsler # PINCH.A PENNY @ rayford!!!🎶🏊♂️
Horrible Service wish I never contacted this company no communication with office whatsoever nobody knows what's going on not even Service guy
