**5 Stars – Outstanding Service and Super Helpful Staff!** I called the store early on a Saturday morning, a little stressed about a broken pool hose connector and unsure if I’d be able to get the right part. Shane and Allie, the people that run pinch a penny pools, are some of the nicest people you will meet. They always go the extra mile to make sure my pool is working and sparking clean. All of the people they send it to clean the pool are courteous, friendly. and do a great job cleaning our pool. For a bonus, they are very dog friendly and if you bring your pup, Allie will always have a treat for them.

Had received a quote to repair a Hayward pool heater SKU: H400FDN and was told I needed a new motherboard which made no sense. Had already replaced the flame sensor so I found it difficult to believe we were jumping straight to the mother board. Found out through Hayward's website that Pinch-A-Penny was a certified Hayward location so I gave them a call and within a day the owner, Shane, was onsite troubleshooting.
