I had hired for pool cleaning when out of town for a month. New pool Wet Edge Plaster and pool equipment. I was promised chemical check, chlorine tabs and other chemicals as needed, brushed walls weekly and vacuum as needed. A friend hired from the oil industry was assigned to our pool maintenance with no or little training. Long story but with cameras to see what took place which was no brushing of the pool, no vacuuming, and no chemical check confirmation given and only one picture (which was promised) in the 4 weeks. Switched over to Pinch a Penny in June from another pool servicer and they have been fantastic! If you need a pool company that gets the job done at an affordable rate i highly recommend these guys! Very knowledgeable and always answer any questions i may have.
