These guys are the absolute BEST!!! I went in here like a crazy lady, pregnant, two kids in tow, crying because I just bought a home and had no clue about pool maintenance. Kari saw the scene and stepped in to help me. She calmed me down, was so sweet and reassuring! She got a crew quickly over to my home to do damage control. Before ringing us up for our large $$$ pool equipment purchase, Wyatt called his supervisor to confirm how to make sure that we received the rebate + discounts as advertised. So grateful for Wyatt's humility in calling for help so that he did the transaction correctly. We got a great deal on our equipment (and supplies)! We recently switched to this pool service. Due to the changing weather, we ended up having issues with algae in the pool. Owner Tim and his team did not give up and they were at our pool four times within a week to make sure everything cleared up. They truly care and go above and beyond. 1000% recommend!!
