Huge shout out to Tim who stopped by to check my pool pump after he closed the shop down for the day. He was able to quickly assess and then fix the issue on the spot explaining everything as he went.
I have never owned a pool and honestly I was completely clueless… until I met Tim and Jamie. They have been so helpful and patient with me and my dumb questions. It is very rare to see this type of service nowadays. Tim’s Pool School made me confident and comfortable, and Jamie’s recommendations have not disappointed. Thank you guys so much!
I had a small leak coming from my filter. I couldn’t figure out how to stop it. I had already cleaned the black ring but still got leaks. Tim came out and quickly diagnosed that it was indeed the black ring. Just needed a little lubricant and more thorough cleaning. A simple fix. It was a relief getting this fixed so many thanks to Pinch a Penny!
