After 5 years, my Hayward Salt Cell Chlorinator stopped functioning and had to be immediately replaced. At the time, this location did not have the correct replacement in stock. Ken called their supplier, confirmed they had the replacement in stock, then left the store, drove to the supplier, and picked up the unit. Tim and his team have always been really helpful in keeping my pool in good shape. They don’t upsell you, just what you need. I had a piece of equipment break and Tim was able to help me get it fixed the same day.
These guys are the absolute BEST!!! I went in here like a crazy lady, pregnant, two kids in tow, crying because I just bought a home and had no clue about pool maintenance. Kari saw the scene and stepped in to help me. She calmed me down, was so sweet and reassuring! She got a crew quickly over to my home to do damage control.
