Every time I go in here the employees act like they don't want to help. A lady was helping my husband try to find something so I was just browsing and the man working was super rude to me. We left without purchasing anything. Prices are high and service is non existent
The Enterprise store is fantastic! Patric, Michelle, and Alex do a great job patiently helping us understand everything we need to know about the upkeep of our pool. Cody is a prompt and knowledgeable tech who has come out several times to spot a problem and then immediately fix it for us! Everyone is so kind and patient as they explain and teach correct processes and procedures. Very nice location, staff was great. Needed a simple $30 common replacement part but was not excited to see that the price was double the manufacturers online price with free shipping. I don’t see the value in paying $60 for the part. Don’t mind paying a bit more locally but 100% markup is disappointing.
Wanted to share w/your company how helpful the repair gentleman, Caleb, was at the Enterprise store in Enterprise, AL. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the equipment. He explained things that help me understand my pool problem. Overall, the store went above and beyond what was expected to solve my problem. Everyone I spoke to at this store was helpful. Shout out to Michell for helping book the appointments. The technician Michael, was patient & all of our encounters were pleasant. Though not all spas are the same, he diligently worked out the kinks in mine and did an awesome job. I highly recommend this company, as they were the only ones who made themselves quickly accessible and resolved my spa issues. Thank you, Mary Long
