Top notch professionals that really care about customer service. They have given me advice on my pool upkeep in store many times and have done several jobs extremely fast with great communication. Would recommend for anyone needing maintenance done or advice on self maintenance.
I contacted Pinch a Penny in reference to our pool lights not working. Spoke to the owner Bryan, and he ordered new lights. When he came out, he checked the transformer for power and discovered the breaker tripped. Bryan was honest and advised me that I didn't need the lights after all. I thanked him for his honesty and he saved us money! Greg J.
