Chris and staff are super helpful and have assisted us with our pool needs. Chris and his staff have really educated us on how to properly clean and maintain our pool.
I hired Pinch A Penny on Highway 77 in Lynn Haven to service my brand new pool, and in the beginning everything seemed fine. For $130 a month, all they really had to do was empty two baskets and keep the chemistry in line. That should not have been difficult. Then their staffing problems started, and the whole thing went downhill fast. They sent out people who clearly had little to no real pool knowledge.
