The place where my husband heads to for any replacement part or supplies for our pool. The store also has lots of fun stuff for the whole family.
This is by far the best pool company I’ve worked with. Most companies lose interest once they have your business. Gary and pinch a penny care about their customers and are much lower cost than anyone else out there. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend this Richardson team! I have used 4 pool services in the past few years and none have gone above and beyond like this team. My experience with pool companies here in Dallas comes down to a few pain points such as they are very slow to respond, don't arrive when scheduled, rush through cleanings and miss things, don't follow up when issues arise, and then they want to charge premium prices for my trouble. Pinch A Penny to the rescue!! This was my first experience with Pinch A Penny and I will definitely be a loyal customer going forward! My pool pump stopped working on Friday. I went in that afternoon and asked about getting it repaired and booked an appointment for a site visit the following Tuesday. They came exactly within the window they gave me. Gary and his team at Pinch a Penny are extremely professional, efficient and know how to do their job WELL! Highly recommend... do yourself a favor and go to this location!!!!! Seriously!!! My husband and I moved from NYC and our pool was in absolute shambles. Within days it transformed (and not just surface level fixes - it needed deep TLC). I'm convinced for the prices and customer service, they can't be beat!
