Frustrating experience we've been dealing with all summer. Contacted for a DE filter replacement back in May 2025, and we knew what we wanted. Had trouble scheduling an installation date or getting calls back from the store - they finally came out and installed it, but it was not done correctly. The filter container was hanging off the concrete pad, they tried to feed DE through a skimmer with a sock on it, and the pvc piping wasn't done well. Gary went above and beyond and came out on short notice to repair a leak in our pump. I highly recommend this pool service to anyone! Excellent and top-notch customer service!
