Pinch A Penny is our new pool store! Their customer service is fantastic. We had an issue with our pool vacuum and they went above and beyond to find the issue and get it running again. I highly recommend them. Thanks Nick for all your help!
The customer service is amazing!
Great work from Nick and his team. They provide weekly service and arrive promptly same day/time every week and send a follow-up email after each service. When a gauge blew a few weeks ago during service, it was replaced within an hour which was awesome. Always available for quick questions too. Highly recommend them!
Great service and no upselling! Rob has a ton of knowledge and is always suggesting the simplest solutions first instead of selling a ton of pool chemicals first. Definitely highly recommended!
I can’t say enough great things about Pinch A Penny Atascocita! Nick truly saved the day when I was in a pinch (pun intended).
