Fantastic service! Darrin is the best. I tried to buy additional parts and he assured me I didn’t need them! When does that happen? He knew exactly what I needed and gave me pointers for the replacement process. I’ll drive twice as far to this place, past two other national chain pool stores for this level of service.
Great guys !!!! Had a minor leak with my pump and I spoke with Darrin. He was awesome to deal with and gave me step by step instruction to fix myself. Awesome guy and trustworthy!!! If I need any pool repairs in the near future I will be calling this place.. thanks again keep up The good work
The GOOD, The BAD, The UGLY... Let’s start with the UGLY: Thousands of fall leafs in the pool. The BAD: Robotic Cleaner is working over time and, of course, breaks down. The GOOD: Darrin of Pinch A Penny to the rescue. He immediately knew the parts that were needed, ordered them and within 5 days was at our house fixing it. He made sure it was still under warranty. No charge! The only thing he accepted was a “thank you”.
I highly recommend Pinch A Penny for any pool repairs you need. Darrin does excellent work, he is honest and the prices are the most reasonable I’ve seen. I will be using him for all of my repairs in the future!
We hired Darren to install a new pool/spa heater. He was very reasonably priced. Excellent customer service. He went above and beyond our expectations so we will use them again in the future.
