I have had the need (opportunity) to visit the McKinney location of Pinch A Penny Pool and walked away both times as a VERY satisfied customer. They were very professional and helpful. Not only did they have the parts that I needed for my Dolphin Pool Clearner but they took the time to install them as well. They are now my favorite pool go to store!
Shawn and Sara are awesome. Always willing to help in any capacity. Offer great advice and solutions to any problems. I've been using them since the opened and highly recommend. I recently signed up for the weekly pool maintenance and my pool looks better than ever. Chris is my technician and he's super friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are great and if you ever need any parts or equipment, this is the place to go. Thanks Shawn, Sara & Chris and the rest of the team!
