Great products at fair prices
I have used this store for over 4 years, when we moved in Sean, the owner came out and spent an hour going over the equipment and maintenance. During snowmageden, the pump went out and he kept me updated on his supply chain and promptly replaced it as soon as the pump came in. He has never upsold me on anything, and yes I do shop for comparison estimates! Most recently he came out and replaced an electronic board on the pump. He is timely, honest and a gentleman. Thanks again Sean!
I’ve spent several thousand dollars at this business with pool vacuums etc. I purchased an automation system to run pool lights, pump etc, the owner Sean installed but couldn’t figure out how to hook anything up, so I had them take it out, now my pump switches at the home don’t work anymore, he promised to hire an electrician to put it back to its original state months ago and now he is avoiding me, I wouldn’t trust this guy to do any electrical at your home, he left wires, dangling out of the box. My pump was throttling and sucking air. I cleaned the DE filter, the skimmers and checked the impeller for a clog. Nothing helped until I went to these guys and they told me it was likely the skimmer flapper not opening and closing properly or an air leak on the pump filter. I was expecting to pay big bucks to get the problem fixed - but it was the skimmer door. All I needed to do was file down the sides which were rubbing against the wall of the skimmer housing. We have been customers of this store for 3+ years now. As first time pool owners, it has been amazing having Shawn, Sara, and their staff available as we learn the proper way to care for our pool. They have always provided tremendous support via phone, text, and in-person.
