DON'T USE THEM FOR REPAIRS OR INSTALL. I had them do work on my new pool and they ruined my heater by installing everything wrong and when I called they told me I would have to take them to court which I don't have time . I spoke with Angel from the Gaston store he is terrible and as far as going over his head no one even from another store would not help me. Since I posted review they were not able to help me and only response was for me to take post down which still does not help me.

Our pool has been sparkling clean since Day 1 with P-A-P… Matt and Chad CARE and show that with the time, energy, and communication maintaining our pool! 5 STARS, much appreciated!!
Over the last 5 years I went through half a dozen pool service companies before calling Matt and his team at Pinch a Penny on Morton rd. They were the first company that was able to get my pool clean and running properly. They went above and beyond and took the time to go over the pool equipment with me and how to operate it. In the store they have a knowledgeable staff with plenty of inventory at a great price. Don’t make the mistake of ordering online like I did. Highly recommend!
Absolute best people to hire for all pool needs. They are straight up honest and take great care of there people. Highly recommend you go with these rockstars!
