Be sure to carefully read the service agreement they ask you sign. My only advice is to hire a lawyer if you do not understand what obligations it places on you as the owner. Specifically, it asks you to indemnify Pinch A Penny for everything except their gross negligence. This could mean that you have to pay if they are negligent at your property. I was told the owner would call me back to discuss and never got a call. I chose not to sign the agreement.

I was using this store for my pool needs and recently needed their help to clean my chlorinator cell. The technician left the cell damaged and not reinstalled it back properly after cleaning. That led to the significant leak in the system that emptied my pool. The store did fix the leak but stopped responding after I requested to compensate for the damage they inflicted. They even refused to give me a discount for chemicals needed to restore water balance.
