AVOID. They do not back the products they sell… even when the break after just a couple months. All they care about is your money. I’ve spent $5k with them this past year. They decided it was worth losing that recurring business over a defective $50 part. Dumb.

Terrible. Overpriced in general and how on earth can an employee doing my water test leave me standing there and walk away advising someone on filters and other stuff on the phone. Walked out of the store and am done with them. 3 employees and 4 customers in the store today when this happened. And no, you cannot explain this away. Once you start serving a customer you finish the job and don’t serve someone else. Rude!

We were Pinch A Penny Pool customers for almost three years, and our experience deteriorated so significantly that we ultimately had no choice but to terminate service. During our time with them, technician turnover was constant, and the majority of their employees failed to perform the basic duties included in their own maintenance plan. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism from this pool company. Over multiple visits, the quality and conduct were consistently unacceptable: The first technician barely worked and spent much of the time on his phone. I requested that he not be sent back. The second technician responded with an unprofessional attitude any time I asked a basic question. The third technician repeatedly missed items that were supposed to be completed weekly, leaving me to discover what was skipped after the fact. This co... read more
