i went in to simply purchase a few items. Pool thermometer. Chlorine dispenser and leaf skimmer. There was only one employee in the store and about 3 customers. i waited 15 minutes to cash out my $41.70. Should’ve left and they would’ve lost the sale, but I waited so long that I decided to finish waiting and then get out of there
This location is struggling. Phone service is terrible. Hangs up on you when you select an option. If you talk to a real human they just put you on hold forever. Tried to set up pool service and got nowhere despite me calling over 6x. Not all pinch a Pennys are equal.
They are very helpful They can be helpful but it's amazing to have to wait a week for service and when you pay the invoice they sent that still and in two hundred dollars more. ...I'm done with them
