I really hate having to do this because I really loved Cody. But it seems that he has some really messed up things going on there at his location. I originally met Cody because I needed warranty service on my Polaris pool cleaner. So I took it up there to him and the first time he fixed, it returned it, no problem. The second time I needed to have that same pool cleaner worked on. I took it up there and I never got it back because according to him "parted it out" so I was left with no pool cleaner. We needed last minute chemicals for our pool before we went out of town for the holidays. We called and the owner stayed open 15 minutes late on CHRISTMAS EVE, to wait on us to get there! That is excellent customer service! We will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to this location every time now because of his kindness, patience, customer service, care, positive attitude, and work ethic! Best experience!!
Cody and his team did a wonderful job installing new mastic around our pool. The job was done in one day and the quality of the repair was top-notch. Also, the Suncoast 4-Way Pool Shock that Cody sells is the best pool shock I have used in my 25 years of owning a pool. We had "zero" algae this summer. Cody provides excellent customer service and I am so glad to have met him!

We HIGHLY recommend Pinch a Penny in Grapevine for all your pool needs! Cody is very knowledgeable and an incredibly hard working man! The recent heavy rains brought lots of mud into our pool and Cody was able to bring it from a horrible mess to sparkling clear water again. We are so grateful to Cody and cannot recommend him and his store enough!
