New owner, Rob, was super helpful with my Nautilus pool cleaner needing a tune up. Will be going back to this store under new management. Give Rob your business and see what new ownership can bring to the Grapevine/Colleyville area.
They did a good job on replacing my pool filter so I gave them my business refinishing my pool. Huge mistake. Their crew applied the finish just before it rained. The finish is streaky and they eventually just ghosted me after not making it right. I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for any actual pool construction. They don’t stand behind their work.

Never go to this store. I dropped off my pool cleaner to be fixed and after a month of waiting it was returned broken. The owner Cody Neeley said he would give me a loaner while he waited for a part to come in. When I called back to get the loaner he said the part was in and it would be fixed within a day. Over the coarse of three weeks I called him many times and he would never return my calls. When i finally went to the pool store he said it had been sitting in his shop fixed and I took it home.
