Never go to this store. I dropped off my pool cleaner to be fixed and after a month of waiting it was returned broken. The owner Cody Neeley said he would give me a loaner while he waited for a part to come in. When I called back to get the loaner he said the part was in and it would be fixed within a day. I want to share an EXCELLENT customer service experience I had Monday 6/30 at Pinch A Penny off 121 @ Glade Rd. Cody Neeley is the store owner. We had our pool drained, cleaned, repaired & new equipment installed 3 weeks ago (by a different company.) We desperately needed a new Polaris sweep- a certain model that's hard to find in stock. Cody went above & beyond to drive to his local warehouse, pick it up, deliver to my house within 2 hrs AND he assembled it, installed it in the pool & ensured it was running with our new aqu... read more
