Beware they sent a contractor to my house who spent very minimal time and misdiagnosed a leak that involved expensive repairs, after a second opinion and easy fix the pool is great and they won't refund my money- $450! They keep saying I have a 30 day garantee! On a leak thats not there??
Great customer service in the store every time! Chris installed our pool heater and new control panel, and we would not be happier.

They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, dependable, efficient and thorough. We are not only satisfied but delighted with their service. The owner, Chris, and his staff take pride in their work. Seth is currently servicing our pool and is doing an outstanding job. We are so happy we found Pinch A Penny.
This place is awesome they went above and beyond when I called in looking for something very specific not only were they able to help me they also were able to order it after finding it for me. Would definitely recommend and they have definitely earned my business.
