Used this company for several Minor repairs, but then had them do some more complicated work such as replacing my skimmers. Let me be clear that Chris is a very nice guy and was able to repair smaller issues such as leaks and cleaning the DE filter. But I hired them to replace skimmers and this is what the aggregated concrete looks like 1 year later! All construction work is subcontracted out. May want to rethink who you give a company vehicle to weaving out of traffic in a school zone going Over 40 mph in a 20 may not be the best thing you wanna have represented in Fort Worth. This vehicle was near the school on Alta Mesa and West Creek.
The best customer service in the pool business anywhere in North Texas! I absolutely love this team — they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and their technicians and consultants really know their stuff. They always help me get the most value for my money and guide me toward better, more comfortable products. I don’t bother with Amazon for anything I can buy here. I have visited a few times. Chris, Nicole and the friendly staff have been helpful. It has been nice to have something sweet to snack on while you wait for a water test! Tech guy came out for a repair and my pump is no longer leaking. Thanks!
