I have had only great experiences at this location. Braxton has been a very huge help, as we are first time hot tub owners we had no clue on what to do. Braxton is very knowledgeable and explained everything so we could keep our hot tub in good shape. I really love that they have complimentary water testing and also print out instructions for you to properly treat your water. They make it very simple.

Stay clear of this pool cleaning company. The location is Thousand Oaks. According to their contract, they were suppose to clean out the filter as well as clean out the baskets. The pool started looking really bad. We had a second opinion pool company come in. They pulled out the filter and it was filthy and haven’t been cleaned in more than a month or two. The basket which they should’ve been servicing was broken and the pieces had broken off and clogged up The water flow. I had to buy a new filter and they refused to reimb... read more
I worked for this company for 2 and a 1/2 years. And the owners, philip and valerie are down home, wholesome people with good knowledge of the business. The company is ran with honesty and great customer service. I was very impressed during the time that I worked there and hated to have to leave, but I would definitely recommend them to anybody who's looking to have their pool needs fulfilled.
