Started off with Pinch A Penny cleaning pool service. After several real bad experiences with their technicians, examples: clogged my pool intake line, broke my skimmer basket, broke a cut off valve, I decided to do the pool maintenance myself but still get my pool chemicals from Pinch A Penny which I have been doing for a couple of years. I have had only great experiences at this location. Braxton has been a very huge help, as we are first time hot tub owners we had no clue on what to do. Braxton is very knowledgeable and explained everything so we could keep our hot tub in good shape. I really love that they have complimentary water testing and also print out instructions for you to properly treat your water. They make it very simple.
