Pool was serviced on Monday, and this is how it looks on Thursday. They refused to come out when we requested. Absolute bad customer service and will not recommend.
Gassshhh this company has been cleaning our pool since we put it in 2 years ago. I have calcium build up in 1 spot and the guy never cleans the pool good. I’ve had to call a couple times for different issues and if it’s not one thing it’s another. My pool isn’t even big! Terrible job. This is a horrible company! The second time they came out to clean my pool nothing was cleaned! No vacuuming no chemicals not anything done! Called the owner he told me they didn’t have to clean it at all it looked good! Paid for a month and now there just making money off of me! Hsd to cancel pool service ask for refund he blew me off!
