Sore 151 in Pembroke Pines Fl is a joke! I purchase a salt water system (Hayward) through their store paid for them to do installation and to maintain my pool for the last 3 1/2 years. During this time, the saltwater system never function, and the pool man was treating my pool with chlorine as if it were a chlorine pool. After numerous accounts, calling them to complain about my system, not working, they waited until a month before the warranty expired to pass me to the Westin location for warranties. Extremely disappointed after returning from vacation to the attached photos of my pool. I made contact with my pool service at pinch a penny and was assured that they would be out the next day to assess and treat. After not showing, I called two days later and discontinued my service. There was zero concern or question as to why I was no longer interested in their service or what they could do to keep me as a customer.
