Extremely disappointed after returning from vacation to the attached photos of my pool. Recently had the pleasure of doing business with this location and will definitely be returning. My first contact with this location was with Caesar who assisted me with setting up an in-home service appointment. Caesar was very professional and patiently listened to all my concerns. Fernando, the service tech that came out was also very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond in showing that he cared about what he did. If I could give less than a 1 star review for this locations in store staff I would! The team that they have in the store offers horrible customer service. I am a new customer trying to get answers from them regarding the next steps and no one in store can give you a straight answer! However , I will say that the employee that came out to actually do the inspection of my pool was very polite, well educated and provided top notch customer service! I would give him 10 STARS if I could!
