Came in with a broken pool vacuum - no one from the service department was in store. We are also wanting to purchase a poll heater. An employee took my name & info for them to call me the next day, as well as gave me the email address to send a message to them. I never received a phone call or response to the two emails I sent throughout the week. The lack of response from this store is a loss of business for them.
We had a booster pump go out. David helped me to the right product at the right price and got it done in a very short period of time. Well done! Then Max came out and replaced it. He was absolutely top shelf! Couldn’t have been done better. A+ to both men. Thank you.
Long time route customer. Brad takes excellent care of my pool. I recently had a problem with my pump that David quickly addressed by sending Max out. He replaced it with an energy efficient variable speed pump. The Intelliflo 3, which is amazing. I can control it from anywhere with my cell phone. I definitely recommend Pinch A Penny pools for all of your pool needs.
I’ve been using Pinch A Penny to maintain my pool since 2024. I am totally satisfied with their professionalism and overall service. They recently replaced my pool liner. They did a great job removing, repairing and installing the new liner. I am impressed by how quickly the job was completed and how beautiful our pool looks.
