Our old pool heater suddenly quit and we needed a new one fast. Tammy and Frank quickly stepped up to meet our needs. They showed us the new AquaCal Tropical T100 and detailed its energy saving features and online app. We did a little research on our own and then had them order and install it while it was on sale. The whole process took just a few days and Frank did a nice clean install that makes the pool equipment area more neat and organized. We are very happy with the service they provided.
DO NOT buy anything from here other than chemicals for your pool. I bought a light bulb for my pool and when I got home I realized I had a 12V system instead of a 120V. I took the lamp back to exchange it for the right one and they would not take it back. Don’t do business with this company.
They make you wait hours and then when you call them they say wait another 4 or 5 hours. They do not respect customers.Avoid them.
The service was not the best. My property is a short term rental and I’m not sure if that’s a signal for service companies to not do a very good job. Twice my property manager had to clean the filter of the pool because they were not checking it routinely how they were supposed to. The first excuse was they did not have the lock combination and could not open the box to turn off the filter and after giving it to them they still didn’t check it and allowed it to get built up with dirt and make the filter stop working and the ... read more
