Store closes at 6pm. I arrived around 5:51pm just to get a refill on chlorine. As I started to walk to the door I see a lady running and turning the light off. Doors were locked. Cmon can’t spare en extra 2 minutes to replace my jug and pay?
Murad is very attentive, trustworthy and very professional.
Run, don’t walk away from these guys. On second visit he said the pool needed stabilizer but that he didn’t have any. On the next visit I asked him to brush the algae off the tile and he said he didn’t have a tile brush. This, even though he left a slip of services performed indicating tile brushing performed. After the third visit I called the tech asking stating the tile wasn’t cleaned. He became belligerent and reminded me that they don’t brush the tile. He said to call the owner if I had problems. Was hesitant coming here because the reviews were not great BUT Lisa has saved this place. So helpful, so nice, so welcoming. Lisa is the saving grace this place needs, or at least to save the reviews. Will definitely be coming back here
