The folks at pinch a penny in Parrish are super. We had a leak and they put us in touch with a pool leak company who fixed our leak. After, we had an issue priming the pump and getting the air out of the lines. Brad came right out and got us back up and running. He also fixed our filter top that he noticed wasn’t right. These guys have been our pool company for over 20 years and they’ve always been great to work with.
My go-to place to keep my pool top notch
I originally gave this place 5 stars—-apparently they don’t need my business. After coming here for over 6 years they simply don’t give a crap!!! I will be using someone else as I’d rather drive a little further; I asked Brad the GM a question and when I went into the store to ask a question he wa s magically working with another customer even though I could see no one looked like they were there; to verify I called to ask to speak to him and was told he was on the other line hold—-no one picked up.
