We have been customers for years. The last couple months service has been horrible. My pool water is still Jade Green. We have been skipped on weekly service more than once. Called the store to find out what the issue is and what the solution was going to be. Spoke to Andrew, a so called manager who repeatedly cut me off before I could finish explaining my issue/concerns of no communication from the company that we were skipped again.
