In May I purchased a pool heater. I wastold told there would be a $600 installation charge an I would receive a call to schedule the installation. I also told them that I previously had a heater but disposed of it 10 years ago but the electrical connections were still there. Five days later we were returning home when we sa a pickup truck in our driveway. As we got out a man comes from the back of the house and tells us he had installed the heater. Well, I didn’t buy anything from this location. I was looking for a specific type of pool sand that they did not carry, but instead of turning me away, they were very kind enough to at least provide a suggestion of another business that may carry it rather than just telling me no, and sending me on my way. That is something that I feel that this world lacks a lot lately with everyone being money hungry for their own business and don’t care to actually help the customer.
