Terrible experience! We were told our pool motor wasn’t working three months after having weekly servicing, which seemed odd. They offered to fix it for $2000 and suggested replacing other parts that didn’t even need to be replaced. We ended up replacing the motor ourselves, only to call them later to restart our cleaning service, only to be told they were “booked for the season.” It felt like they were upset we handled the repair ourselves. I recently visited this store because we were in need of a pool pump motor. I was very pleased with how nice and welcoming the staff were.. Fred and Sarah were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this store for all of your pool needs. I will definitely be using this store again. Check them out !!!!
