I have on more than one occasion caught these people providing phony water test results to sell more chemicals. Last week I was told I needed shock as my chlorine level was a "1" and two bags of salt as my salt was 3000. When I protested that my home test kit indicated I had a decent level of chlorine Jim the manager snidely responded with "just go with that then". Good advice! Absolutely terrible service, very rude! Mary Beth(owner) needs to learn some basic customer service skills. Will never do business there again! STAY AWAY!
