Might be my experience or something, but the customer service is poor. I stood 10+ mins patiently waiting after the current customer gets helped. No biggie there. What’s upsetting is after the associate freed up, ZERO. Acknowledgement to me, and then he proceeds to help someone else behind me in line. Literally talks and walks right past me as if I didn’t exist. All good though! I will be taking a little longer trip to my old pinch a penny, since new customers are not valued here
This location has always been incredibly helpful with all my pool needs. All the staff have good attitudes, but in particular, Brian is a phenomenal employee, who always takes the time to answer my questions in detail, and make sure I am properly take care over. I'm very glad to have this location as my go-to pool store.
