First time getting serviced, my greeting was if he would have to ring the bell every time as I told him I would open gate and put the dog away. Just bought a house in the area. It has a pool and we were looking for a service to help keep it clean. We tried Pinch A Penny and were not very impressed. They didn't keep promises, they always seemed like they were in a hurry to move on to the next pool, and they didn't even show up sometimes. We questioned how clean out pool was getting. We chose another company, Star Pools and Spa, and they are the total opposite. In fact SPS found that our $500 filter was never cleaned!
