Been a customer for 5+ years and always enjoyed conversations with the staff, until recently. New owner always seems very unhappy to see customers walk in the door. Very short and never breaks a smile. No conversation. It’s as if customers are a bother. I hope something changes as this I a great neighborhood spot with a lot of potential.

I have been using this pinch a penny location for 4 years now and they have always been ok but over the past few weeks with the new owner I have not only been displeased with their customer service, always seeming unhappy, but worse, I’ve insulted by his unprofessional and rude choice of words during a normal discussion to question a recent job they’ve done. Therefore, I will never use this location again and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

I have been been buying products and services from this location for five years. They changed owners, and the quality of service and expertise has gone seriously downhill. I have a water flow issue that they tried to solve, but the problem recurs within hours or a day or two of them leaving. Instead of being polite and service-oriented, they claim they fixed it, so I have to pay each time they come back. I'm a Realtor and my clients had pool service done by Pinch a Penny that was very terrible -one of the few things that went wrong was the pool service tech emptying chlorine pool water into the septic tank - don't recommend Pinch a Penny
