PJ the new owner and Jose Carlos, my pool tech, are both very professional, understanding, caring and show pride in their work. PJ goes out of his way to help, beyond the call of duty. Carlos Jose is simply, all of the above and always has a smile and kiss for me. Which makes my day and puts a smile on my face, too. Highly recommended top notch customer service and experience.They roll a red carpet out for you.
I stopped in because I just purchased a home around the corner that had a jacuzzi. I was enquiring about monthly service. The person behind the counter said the owner is to busy working on big projects. He can't be bothered. Also the smell from the chemicals is overwhelming to say the least.

Great place, but the new acid that they are using is not as good as their older muriatic brand acid. Will probably start buying my supplies somewhere else because of this.
This is the best Pool service and the best pool store I have ever been to and I've been to a lot! They are courteous, educational patient and treat you like royalty! They know their craft and take your patronage very seriously! I recommend the store and the pool service!
