This is the best Pool service and the best pool store I have ever been to and I've been to a lot! They are courteous, educational patient and treat you like royalty! They know their craft and take your patronage very seriously! I recommend the store and the pool service!
PJ the owner is amazing! He took care of all our pool needs in person and this store has the best staff. They never fail to deliver our pool is always perfect highly recommend!
New owners
Came to get supplies for my mom’s pool, waited for them to open at 9 and the store manager came in staring me down like I was some kind of unwanted trespasser. He comes over trying to intimidate me staring into my car, he then confronts me and says can I help you? Yeah not anymore. Please do not shop here this person does not deserve your business. I’ll be going elsewhere.
PJ and his wife are the new ownwers Of this Pinch a Penny. For the first time EVER the custermer service was off the charts amazing. I asked for a quote thinking it would take weeks I received my quote in hours . I was truly blown away. Everything I have been trying to get fixed for years was fixed in a week .
