I wish I can give Bill zero starts. He came to my home mid-July and told me that my pool system is compromised and we need to change the whole plumbing (even though all plumbing is less than 3 years old) and he said I have heat because O-rings leak. He charged me $159 to change 4 O-rings. Immediately after he left, they continued to leak, I kept calling him and the office but was told he is out of town and would call me in 10 days. I had a great experience at Pinch A Penny, thanks to Andrew. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, going out of his way to ensure I found everything I needed.
